The app contains optimum scheduling for abs training that will show you how many times a week, and for how many weeks, you have to do it to move on to the next level. It lists all single exercises that make up the workout and each exercise is illustrated with a video.
Runtastic Six Pack Ab Workout
Runtastic avatars in HD videos will lead you to complete intense, customized core workouts. This app is for those who don’t have much time to workout, who don’t have enough cash to hire a personal trainer, who don’t know what exercise to perform. The app contains 50+ HD ab workout videos, 50+ “Tip of the Day” messages, and pre-defined workouts, including The 7-Minute Workout, Insanity, Shape Up, Six Pack Junkie and many more.

It is a very good customizable app. It also shows you vids of how every workout should be done. The only down point is that there is no vocal option or sound to mark the rhythm with which the workout should be executed. I mean while you are working out it keeps silent once started: it only marks the half time and countdown before starting and before ending the exercise. It would be great to have some sound to give you the pace to keep during the workout.

This is a real personal fitness trainer. This is a cool body builder. Sit Ups not only helps counting the number of Situps you do, but also calculates the calorie you lose during every excise and makes the training plan based on your daily training and body status.
